Grooming Policies

Prices are only an estimate and can change based on coat style, condition, size, length and custom request from the client.
A final price can be determined in person at time of appointment by the groomer.
Required Vaccines
We require up-to-date proof of Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper and Parvo vaccinations for all services. It is your responsibility to email or bring us this information.
No Show
& Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations and reschedules. No shows and cancellations that fall within this time period will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s). We allow for a grace period of 15 minutes following the scheduled appointment; clients later than this will forfeit their appointment and be charged for a late cancellation.
Pick up
We ask that your dog is picked up within an hour of notification that they are
ready.
Dogs at the facility for over six hours will result in a charge of $25 per half
hour.


Matting
We practice humanity over vanity and will not brush out an extremely matted dog as it is very painful. Severe matting close to the skin can create a breeding ground for bacteria, and shaving can uncover unforeseen issues. Shaving the coat is the most comfortable and humane way to deal with extensive matting.
During the check-in consultation, our groomer will assess your dog's coat. If it's too matted for the desired groom, we'll opt for a shave, prioritizing your dog's comfort over appearance. This decision will be communicated to you in advance. We will make every effort to ensure your dog's safety during dematting.
We do not accept dogs with fleas. If fleas are discovered after the check-in process, we will treat it to the best of our capability and charge a $20 fee. This only takes care of the fleas currently on the dog and is not a preventative; we highly recommend keeping your pet on a parasite prevention regimen!
Color service
Not all dyes are equal. In our 16+ years of professional training and experimentation, we've learned a lot and only use safe, industry-standard dyes free from ammonia and peroxide. These dyes may still contain chemicals.
We have limited control. Safe dyes don't always produce the desired outcome due to factors like coat texture and density. Some colors also fade faster. While we strive for your desired result, we can't guarantee it.
We do not offer refunds on color.
Refund
We do not offer refunds on grooms. We want you to love how your pet looks when you take them back and if anything needs to be fixed please notify the groomer right away to address any issues immediately.
Safety
We reserve the right to refuse services for any reason at any time.
For the safety of your pet and our staff, all dogs must be able to be safely kenneled if needed.
Monthly Bath Membership
Perks: Guaranteed appointment, Pay one low flat monthly rate, Memberships are month to month. Cancel anytime.
Terms: A recurring appointment will be scheduled on a monthly basis, which can be rescheduled as needed. Pausing a membership is limited to 2 months. There are no roll overs or transfer of services. Call or email to reactivate a cancelled Membership
